The USDA estimates that 27% of all the food produced in America is wasted and that this food could feed over 49 million people yearly. The Heart of God Ministry wants to rescue some of this food and make sure it helps feed people.
The Heart of God Ministry collects and distributes donated food to local people in need. Our goal is to salvage food that might otherwise be wasted and to channel that food to those who need it in our community. We can only do this with your help

Have you ever known what it means to be hungry? Have you ever wondered where your family's next meal would come from? We have people right here in our community that know these realities all too well. Jesus told us that whenever we serve "the least of these" we are serving Him. We have a great opportunity for you to be a part of this amazing mission of God. Below are several opportunities to get involved in this ministry.
